How to apply membership card when the guest makes payment?
If the restaurant issues membership card, when the guest dines in the guest will earn points according to the restaurant's policy. Moreover, the guest also can use the earned points to make payment. Here is how to recognize the guest's membership card on the program:
When getting payment, enter Card number as provided by the guest in Card ID, click the icon. (The guest who uses 5FOOD Mobile app is granted 1 Membership ID).
If the guest is not a member of the restaurant, Add member window will pop up. Enter information to add this guest.
If the guest spends points:
Click Point.
Enter number of points in Applied point. Click OK.
If the guest spends points, must require guest to confirm spending points on 5FOOD Mobile app.
Note: When the guest spends points, the cashier's device and the guest's phone/tablet must be connected to Internet. The payment must be done within 2 minutes from the time of confirming payment.
