On Management page, the Manager sets Send Returned Item Ticket to kitchen/bar when the guest returns items on System settings/General settings/Purchase/Sale tab.
When the cashier recognizes returned items, the kitchen/bar will receive Returned Item Ticket.

Moreover, the cashier also wants to adjust volume. For a small and quiet restaurant, the volume should be low while for a big and crowded restaurant the volume should be high. In R54, the cashier can adjust volume and change ringtone for notification from the kitchen/bar and from the guest. Instruction steps:
