Details of change:To help the restaurants show item information and total payment on the second screen, in R56.2 CUKCUK supports showing such information on the dual screen POS. Here the guests can check the ordered items and total payment, and the restaurant can introduce new items or promotion program to the guests. This feature is only applicable to Quick-service restaurants. Instruction steps:
Click the icon,select Settings.
OnSecond screen settings, clickEdit.
CheckAllow to display on second screen.
The restaurant has 2 display options:
Display logo, content when taking order, content after making payment.
Display promo photo: new item, special item, gift programs, etc.
If you want to display logo, content when taking order, content after making payment, please follow these steps:
Check the boxSelect restaurant logo.
Upload the restaurant logo. (If no logo is uploaded, the program default CUKCUK software logo)
Enter content when taking order and content after making payment.
ClickSave.
When the cashier recognizes ordered item, the program will show item information, price and total payment on the second screen.
If you want to display promo photo, please follow these steps:
CheckSelect promo photo.
Upload maximum 5 photos to promote new items, special item, gift programs, etc.
Note:Only upload photos with extension .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif. Photos with size 1024x768 are recommended.
ClickSave.
When the cashier takes order, information on items, price, total payment is shown on the right of the second screen.
2. Re-send Check/Bill to 5Food members when the restaurant loses Internect connection or error occurs during sending it to 5Food Details of change: For 5Food users, when the guest requests check-out the cashier will send Check/Bill to 5Food. Sometimes when error like loss of Internet connection occurs, the guest cannot receive bill and the cashier cannot receive notification. This may cause inconvenience. In R56.2, the program allows the cashier to synchronize the guest information and bills which have not been updated to 5Food yet because error occurs. Instruction steps:
To solve the problem that when error occurs, guest information is not synchronized to 5Food and bills are not sent to guests, please follow these steps:
On CUKCUK, click the icon
The program will show number of guests who are not synchronized and number of bills which are not sent.
In case of unsynchronized guests, click Unsynchronized guests.
Check the guests you want to synchronize. Click Synchronize.
If the bill is not synchronized, click Unsynchronized bills.
Click Synchronizeon each bill to send it to the guest.
