I. Web

1. MISA wants to change customer call center to MISA support so that we can support you more quickly and effectively

I. Web

1. MISA wants to change customer call center to MISA support so that we can support you more quickly and effectively
Details of change: Starting
 04/09, MISA changes customer call center to MISA Support app, which supports customers more quickly and effectively.

  • With MISA Support app, the customer can select the product you need support. This saves time from contacting MISA staff.
  • In addition, you can easily check history and charge of calls.

Note: 
  • Charge is the same as that applied in the call center.
  • The call is made via Internet (Wifi, 3G, 4G) so you need to ensure that the network is stable. Otherwise the call cannot be made.
  
2. The Owner wants to view reports in 24-hour format in order to easily understand, check and distinguish
Details of change: 
In R57, the program adds Date, Time format so that the Manager can set date/time displayed on reports.
Instruction steps: 
  • Click System settings/General settings, select General information tab.
  • On Date, Time format, click Edit.
  • Select date format (DD/MM/YYY or MM/DD/YYYY), time format (24h/12h).

  • Click Save.
3.The Owner wants to limit the right to use 5Food web-based module for a certain staff who is qualified enough and trusted to update information and develop policies for guests on 5Food.
Details of change:
 In R57, only accounts with Guest Management, Restaurant management, Chain management, or System administrator can get access and use 5Food.

4. Finalize the way to add/edit guests on CUKCUK in order to solve problems related to 5Food membership
Details of change: For the restaurants using 5Food, in R57 there is a change in adding/editing guests as follows:
  • 1 phone number can be applied to 1 guest.
  • Cannot edit the guest's phone number. 
  • Allow to add guest when taking reservation.
  • With the guests whose phone numbers are duplicated, the program adds Merge guests feature, allowing the manager to merge and keep 1 guest.
Merge guests
To merge guests with duplicated phone numbers on the program, please follow these steps:
  • Select Utilities/Guest, the program shows list of all guests.
  • Click Merge guests.

  • The program will merge all guests with the same phone number given priority to the guest with 5Food account.
  • Check the guest you want to keep.

  • Click OK to confirm.

Note:
  • The program will delete and deactivate the deselected guest.
  • All transactions related to the deselected guest will be moved to the selected guest.
5. The Manager wants to calculate stock issue price when he/she issues stock before creating a stock receipt note
Details of change: 
Actually in the restaurant, sometimes the owner/accountant forgets to create stock purchase/receipt note, so calculating stock issue value may be incorrect. At that time, the owner/manager must create stock issue/receipt notes again, which takes time. In R57, add Calculate stock issue price feature in order to save time for the owner/manager.

6. For the discounted bills, the Manager wants the Cashier not to add point
Details of change:
 If the restaurant uses 5Food and develops a point-earning policy for members, all bills can earn points. However, if the restaurant runs other promotion program together with point-earning policy, the guest will receive both incentives, which may affect the restaurant's profit. In R57, the program allows whether to accumulate point for the promotional bill or not.
Instruction steps:
  • Select System settings/General settings. On Sale tab, click Edit.
  • On Accumulate points for promotional bill, the manager can check Yes, No or Cashier's choice.

  • If you check Cashier's choice, on Get payment screen the cashier can check or uncheck Accumulate points for bill.


II. PC/POS
1. When logging the program and encountering error, the Cashier wants to know the reason and how to solve it by herself/himself without contacting MISA for support
Details of change:
 In R57, if the cashier's device encounters either of these errors: "SQL Server Browser is inactive" and "Server name is incorrect", the program will notify of causes and solutions so that the cashier can fix without contacting MISA Support.


III. Mobile
CUKCUK Sale
1. Kitchen/Bar wants to organize items which are in the same category or the same time of order next to each other in order to save time for Kitchen/Bar
Details of change: In R57, to facilitate the Kitchen/Bar the program will group all items in the same category and the same time of serving on Process Ticket so that the Kitchen/Bar can easily follow up upon processing.

2. On CUKCUK Sale on tablet, when the Waitstaff shows Check to the guests, it's possible to show vertically so that the guests can view all Check without swiping up and down
Details of change:
 In R57, when viewing Check on tablet the program will show it vertically so that the guest can view all content in the Check.
  • When viewing check, click the icon  to view vertically.






3. In addition to dine-in service, some restaurants mostly offer take-away or delivery services, so the cashier wants to save time from taking order
Details of change: For the restaurants which have a lot of take-away and delivery orders (quick-service restaurants or milk tea shops), in R57, improve the speed of taking Delivery or Take-away order for the cashier.
Instruction steps:
Quickly select serving type upon creating order settings
  • Click the icon , select Settings.
  • On General settings tab, turn on Quickly select serving type upon creating order feature

Quickly take order
  • Click the icon , select Take-away order/Delivery order.

  • Recognize items ordered (the program remains the way to take order and send process ticket). 
*On CUKCUK Sale on smartphone, follow the same steps

4. [Android] [5Food] When dining in, the guest wants to place order on 5Food app
Details of change: In R57, the program allows the guest to place order on 5Food app and the waitstaff can receive it on CUKCUK Sale (Phone). View details here.
    5. The owner wants the program to automatically load Restaurant name and address in the additional information and make it center of the Bill so that they do not need to enter and adjust manually.
    Details of change: In R57, the program defaults restaurant name and address on the Bii so that the manager does not need to enter or edit information manually.
    If the manager enters name and address on the management page, this information will be updated on the bill.



    Note: The manager can edit this information upon demand.
    *This feature is also applicable to CUKCUK Sale on smartphone

    6. [Phone - Android] Add Bill template printed in text format to support the printer with low configuration
    Details of change: In R57, for Android devices the program shows bill in text format (Template 2) supporting the printer with low configuration.


    CUKCUK Manager
    1. On Manager app, when viewing Sales by time the Manager wants to know total sales in the selected period
    Details of change: 
    In R57, add Total information on report on Sales by time and Sales by items so that the manger can quickly check total sales.


    Kitchen/Bar
    1. Kitchen/Bar wants to organize items which are in the same category or the same time of order next to each other in order to save time for Kitchen/Bar
    Details of change: In R57, to facilitate Kitchen/Bar in processing items and returning the processed items the program will organize items which are in the same category or the same time of other next to each other on the Process Ticket so that the Kitchen/Bar can easily follow up.
