With the guests whose phone numbers are duplicated, the program adds Merge guests feature, allowing the manager to merge and keep 1 guest.
Merge guests
To merge guests with duplicated phone numbers on the program, please follow these steps:
SelectUtilities/Guest, the program shows list of all guests.
ClickMerge guests.
The program will merge all guests with the same phone number given priority to the guest with 5Food account.
Check the guest you want to keep.
Click OKto confirm.
Note:
The program will delete and deactivate the deselected guest.
All transactions related to the deselected guest will be moved to the selected guest.
5. The Manager wants to calculate stock issue price when he/she issues stock before creating a stock receipt note Details of change:Actually in the restaurant, sometimes the owner/accountant forgets to create stock purchase/receipt note, so calculating stock issue value may be incorrect. At that time, the owner/manager must create stock issue/receipt notes again, which takes time. In R57, add Calculate stock issue price feature in order to save time for the owner/manager.

6. For the discounted bills, the Manager wants the Cashier not to add point Details of change: If the restaurant uses 5Food and develops a point-earning policy for members, all bills can earn points. However, if the restaurant runs other promotion program together with point-earning policy, the guest will receive both incentives, which may affect the restaurant's profit. In R57, the program allows whether to accumulate point for the promotional bill or not. Instruction steps:
SelectSystem settings/General settings. On Sale tab, clickEdit.
OnAccumulate points for promotional bill, the manager can checkYes,NoorCashier's choice.
If you checkCashier's choice, onGet payment screen the cashier can check or uncheckAccumulate points for bill.
Details of change:For the restaurants which have a lot of take-away and delivery orders (quick-service restaurants or milk tea shops), in R57, improve the speed of taking Delivery or Take-away order for the cashier. Instruction steps: Quickly select serving type upon creating order settings
Click the icon , select Settings.
On General settings tab, turn on Quickly select serving type upon creating order feature.
Quickly take order
Click the icon, selectTake-away order/Delivery order.
Recognize items ordered (the program remains the way to take order and send process ticket).
