Role management

1. Purpose
The manager can view staff information and assign tasks for each staff.

2. Instruction steps
    1. Go to System settings/Role management.

        2. To view which role is assigned to which staff, select a role on Role name column and view staff information on List of users.

        4. To add role for the staff: Select role on Role name column, click Select, select a staff you want to add and then click Select.





        5. In case of a restaurant chain, when adding role to staff, it is necessary to select the restaurant where the staff is allowed to work.
        6. On Restaurant information, click the icon  and select the restaurant where the staff works.

        7. For managers, they can assign a staff to work in multiple restaurants in the chain.

        8. For a staff taking multiple roles, it is possible to reduce number of roles by: Select a staff and then click Remove.

        3. Note 
        • Only can assign tasks to staff to be listed in Utilities\Staff.
        • For the staff to log in and work on CUKCUK, he/she must be checked Allow to work with CUKCUK.VN at Utilities\Staff 
        • In a restaurant chain, the manager can assign a staff to work in multiple restaurants as follows:
          • Select a role for the staff.
          • Click the column Work at.
          • Click the icon .

          • Select the restaurants where the staff is assigned. 
          • Click Select.
