How to take order when a guest orders an item which is not in the menu?
To take order in this case, follow these steps: 1. Click Add item on Order screen.
2. Enter information on the other item: item name, quantity, amount, note (if any).
3. Click OK.
For example: If the menu does not have tobacco but the guest orders it and a staff has to buy it outside, take order with these steps:
1. On Order screen, select Additional item.
2. Enter the item which the guest has you buy.
3. After clicking OK, this item is added to the order as follows:
