Collect debt 1. Purpose Help the cashier to note debt collection in the software and reflect guest's actual debt. 2. Collect debt Cashier can collect guest's debt as follows: 1. Click the icon , select Collect debt. 2. On Collect debt screen, search guest by name, phone number or address. 3. Click the icon in the debt row. Case 1: Case 2: 4. Click Agree to collect payment, or click OK & Print to confirm and print Debt Collection Note for the guest.
Cashier can collect guest's debt as follows: 1. Click the icon , select Collect debt.
