R57

2. When taking order, the cashier wants the program to automatically show modifiers in order to quickly select (1 step) instead of clicking on the item, selecting modifier and selecting items from the list (3-4 steps)

1. When logging the program and encountering error, the Cashier wants to know the reason and how to solve it by herself/himself without contacting MISA for support
2. On Delivery book, the owner wants to view list of all orders in order to easily control and estimate which orders to be shipped or to get payment
3. The owner wants the program to automatically load Restaurant name and address in the additional information and make it center of the Bill so that they do not need to enter and edit manually

CUKCUK Sale
1. Kitchen/Bar wants to organize items which are in the same category or the same time of order next to each other in order to save time for Kitchen/Bar
 2. On CUKCUK Sale on tablet, when the Waitstaff shows Check to the guests, it's possible to show vertically so that the guests can view all Check without swiping up and down
3. In addition to dine-in service, some restaurants mostly offer take-away or delivery services, so the cashier wants to save time from taking order
4. The owner wants the program to automatically load Restaurant name and address in the additional information and make it center of the Bill so that they do not need to enter and edit manually

1. Kitchen/Bar wants to organize items which are in the same category or the same time of order next to each other in order to save time for Kitchen/Bar

I. Web

1. The Owner wants to view reports in 24-hour format in order to easily understand, check and distinguish
Details of change: In R57, the program adds Date, Time format so that the Manager can set date/time displayed on reports.
Instruction steps:

  • Click System settings/General settings, select General information tab.
  • On Date, Time format, click Edit.
  • Select date format (DD/MM/YYY or MM/DD/YYYY), time format (24h/12h).

  • Click Save.
2. When taking order, the cashier wants the program to automatically show modifiers in order to quickly select (1 step) instead of clicking on the item, selecting modifier and selecting items from the list (3-4 steps)
Details of change: To save time for the waitstaff from taking order, in R57 the program adds Select items to quickly enter modifier feature so that the waitstaff can quickly select modifier upon request.
Instruction steps:
On the management page
  • Select Menu tab.
  • Click Select items to quickly enter modifier.



  • Check the items which usually have modifiers. You can filter by Menu category/Food or drink name.

  • Click Save.
On CUKCUK Sale app
  • When selecting item for the guest, the program will show list of modifiers to be quickly selected.






II. PC/POS
1. When logging the program and encountering error, the Cashier wants to know the reason and how to solve it by herself/himself without contacting MISA for support
Details of change: In R57, if the cashier's device encounters either of these errors: "SQL Server Browser is inactive" and "Server name is incorrect", the program will notify of causes and solutions so that the cashier can fix without contacting MISA Support. 


2. On Delivery book, the owner wants to view list of all orders in order to easily control and estimate which orders to be shipped or to get payment
 Details of change: In R57, on Delivery book the program will show all orders, which helps the Manager to easily control and estimate which orders to be delivered and to get payment.
  • On Delivery book, the program defaults All status.


3. The owner wants the program to automatically load Restaurant name and address in the additional information and make it center of the Bill so that they do not need to enter and edit manually
 Details of change: In R57, the program defaults restaurant name and address on the Bii so that the manager does not need to enter or edit information manually.
If the manager enters name and address on the management page, this information will be updated on the bill.



Note: The manager can edit this information upon demand.

III. Mobile
1. Kitchen/Bar wants to organize items which are in the same category or the same time of order next to each other in order to save time for Kitchen/Bar
 Details of change: In R57, to facilitate Kitchen/Bar in processing items and returning the processed items the program will organize items which are in the same category or the same time of other next to each other on the Process Ticket so that the Kitchen/Bar can easily follow up.

2. On CUKCUK Sale on tablet, when the Waitstaff shows Check to the guests, it's possible to show vertically so that the guests can view all Check without swiping up and down
 Details of change: In R57, when viewing Check on tablet the program will show it vertically so that the guest can view all content in the Check.
  • When viewing check, click the icon  to view vertically.






3. In addition to dine-in service, some restaurants mostly offer take-away or delivery services, so the cashier wants to save time from taking order
Details of change: For the restaurants which have a lot of take-away and delivery orders (quick-service restaurants or milk tea shops), in R57, improve the speed of taking Delivery or Take-away order for the cashier.
Instruction steps:
  • Click the icon , select Take-away order/Delivery order.

If you do not want to quickly select type of service upon taking order, you can turn off this feature as follows:
  • Click the icon , select Settings.
  • On General settings tab, turn off Quickly select serving type upon creating order.

4. The owner wants the program to automatically load Restaurant name and address in the additional information and make it center of the Bill so that they do not need to enter and edit manually.
 Details of change: In R57, the program defaults restaurant information and address on Content part of the bill so that the Manager does not need to enter and edit it manually.
If the Manager edits name and address on the management page, this information will also be updated on the bill.



Note: Manager can edit content on the bill upon the restaurant's demand.

5. [Phone - Android] Add Bill template printed in text format to support the printer with low configuration
Details of change: In R57, for Android devices the program adds text-printed bill template (Template 2) for the printer with low configuration.


CUKCUK Manager
1. The restaurants' owners in Germany wants to be able to check sales on CUKCUK Manager app
 Details of change: In R57, the owners of restaurants in Germany can check sales on CUKCUK Manager app.

2. On Manager app, when viewing Sales by time the Manager wants to know total sales in the selected period
 Details of change: In R57, add Total sales on report on Sales by time and Sales by item. This helps the Manager to quickly check total sales of the restaurant.


Kitchen/bar
1. Kitchen/Bar wants to organize items which are in the same category or the same time of order next to each other in order to save time for Kitchen/Bar
Details of change: In R57, to facilitate the Kitchen/Bar the program will group all items in the same category and the same time of serving on Process Ticket so that the Kitchen/Bar can easily follow up upon processing.
