Add settings: allow the cashier to send order to Kitchen/Bar even if they haven't got payment

Purpose:

The cashier can send order to Kitchen/Bar even if they haven't got payment
Instruction steps:
On the management page, go to System settings\General settings\Purchase/Sale and check Allow cashier to send unpaid order to kitchen/bar.

On quick service version, when taking Dine-in/Take-away order the cashier clicks Send kitchen to send order to kitchen/bar

Next, the cashier presses Cancel order after sending to kitchen/bar

Note:
When cancelling order, the cashier needs to leave reason to easily track
