I. Cloud 1. The manager wants to check total change not taken in a month so that he/she can share it to staff
Details of change:Currently, for the change not taken, the program shows it on report on detailed bills as an itemTip/Change not taken. However, on report on sales by items and promotion, this amount is not shown. From R40 version, the program adds this amount (equivalent toTip/Change not taken) on report on sales by items, details:

When the manager wants to know total change not taken in order to share it with the staff, he/she can view Report on sales by items, select item Tip/Change not taken. Total change not taken is the amount shown on Total sales column.
Click Save. At that time, all devices of the restaurant must log in with this mode.
If the staff's device logs in with the mode which is different from the set mode, for example: the manager sets Offline mode but the cashier's device logs in with Online mode, the program will warn the user.
Details of change:From R40 version, the program only allowsSystem Adminaccount to proceed withDelete access logs feature. The owner can track all activities of the restaurant without intervention of the others.
ForManager, Chain Manager account, when Delete access logs, the program will warn and not allow to delete.
Increase the time of saving kitchen/bar sending log from 1 day to 7 days (according to the set sales time).
For the reprinted ticket. Information on the reprint ticket is exactly the same as that on the first printed ticket (excluding Resender information) even when printing the ticket, order is changed or subject to checking. (When reprinting, the program gets latest information of the order to reprint but gets information of the previous print).
Details of change:From R40 version, the program changes Order interface, which helps the cashier easily follow up total orders by each serving type: Waiting for payment, Take away, Delivery, Reservation and quickly switch between lists so that no order is missed.
