I. Cloud

1. At milk tea shops, the waitstaff wants to categorize modifiers so that he/she can quickly select

I. Cloud
    1. At milk tea shops, the waitstaff wants to categorize modifiers so that he/she can quickly select
    Details of change: At milk tea shops, the guest usually asks for more ice, suger, topping. For example 50% sugar. In R44 version, the manager can categorize modifiers so that the cashier can quickly select upon taking order.
    Instruction steps:
    • On Management page, click Utilities/Modifiers.
    • Click Add to enter modifier category of the restaurant.

    • Select category to classify upon entering Modifiers.

    • Apply Modifiers to items.


    • On Sale version, modifiers are categorized, which helps cashier quickly select upon guest's request.



      2. The manager wants to automatically calculate ingredients issued/requested for Modifier whose selling price is 0 in order to follow up ingredient inventory
      Details of change: Currently, when calculating issued/requested ingredients, the program only involves modifiers with ingredient recipe and price but non-priced modifiers. As a result, the manager can know exact quantity of inventory. In R44 version, for modifiers added from menu (with ingredient recipe) and having no price, the program will automatically calculate ingredient when issuing/requesting ingredient. This helps the manager follow up inventory exactly.
      For example, in a Korean restaurant, when the guest orders Kimbap and requests more Kim chi (this is free of charge). When creating stock issue note, the program will still calculate the quantity of kim chi to be received.
      • Add Modifer as Kim chi from menu (quantified 200gr for 1 bowl of kim chi).

      • The program automatically calculates ingredient when creating stock request note.

      3. [Germany] The owner in each country wants a product which is compliant with the local law
      Details of change: In R44 version, CUKCUK will provide packages which are suitable to local law of each country.

      For devices in the restaurant, after successfully logging in the program will check the country registered and display the language corresponding to such country.
      Moreover, the manager can request to add language. For example: a Vietnamese restaurant wants to add English because the restaurant has foreign staff.

      Or when you log in and select language, the program will display instruction on how to register additional language.


      4. [Germany] Department of Finance does not allow the restaurant owner to delete Access logs so that they can check transactions again at any time 
      Details of change:
       In Germany, Department of Finance checks operation of a restaurant via access logs. The restaurant must not delete Access logs because Department of Finance will check transactions on the program at any time. In R44 version, for German restaurants, when proceeding with Delete data, Access logs, Account logs, the program will pop up Cannot delete window.





      For restaurants in other countries, they can proceed with Delete data feature normally.

      II. PC - Sale
      1. At table service restaurants, the waitstaff/cashier wants to recognize an item with the quantity of 1 but the number of modifiers is more than 1 to satisfy the guest's requirements. (For example noodle with 2 servings of beef)
      Details of change: In some restaurants, when the guest dines in they want to order extra serving like noodle with 2 servings of beef. In R44 version, the cashier can enter the number of modifers (this feature only applies to priced modifiers).
      Instruction steps:
      • When adding Modifiers for item, enter ordered quantity.
      For example order 1 Mixed grills, 3 more servings of cheese.

      Note: Only can enter the quantity of modifier when the quantity of ordered item is 1 and only apply to priced modifiers.
      • If the guest orders 2 mixed grills, each adds 3 servings of cheese, first add 3 servings of cheese for 1 dish and then increase the number of items to 2.

           In R44 version, for table service restaurants, the cashier can print each item on a label which will be pasted on the glass when the guest buys take-away drinks so that the guest can distinguish each glass.
          Instruction steps:
          • On Printer and Kitchen/Bar template settings, the program adds Printer and label print template settings tab.

          • Select Printer and label print template settings View detailed instruction here.
          4. After printing Check, the Manager wants that the cashier cannot delete order so that he/she can easily control orders and limit fraudulence (Only can delete order before printing Check)
          Details of change:
           In R44 version, to manage orders easiy and limit fraudulence the manager can set Do not allow cashier to delete order after printing Check.
          Instruction steps:
          • On Management page, on System settings/General settings/Purchase/Sale, set Require Manager to confirm result from checking items, checking out when Decrease item.

          • When the cashier wants to delete order, it requires the manager's confirmation.


          5. [5Food] At quick service restaurants, upon checking out the cashier wants to apply membership card issued by the restaurant upon checking out and the Manager can follow up bills applying membership card
          Details of change: In R44 version, the program ofers Membership card feature for Quick service restaurants. The cashier can recognize the guest's information using 5Food Mobile, earning points and spending points upon making payment.
          Instruction steps:
          • When getting payment from guest, click the icon .

          • Enter Membership ID provided on Card ID field, click the icon . (The guest who uses 5FOOD Mobile app is granted 1 Membership ID)

          • If the guest has not been granted membership card yet 
            • Enter guest information, click OK.
            • Grant membership card for the guest on CUKCUK 5FOOD Management page. (View instruction here)

          • If the guest has been granted membership card, the program will show Apply points.
            • If the guest only earns point but not spends points upon payment, close Apply points window.
          • If the guest spends points, enter the spent points on Applied point. Click OK
          Note: If the guest spends points, must require guest to confirm spending points on 5FOOD Mobile app. (View instruction here)
               
              6. [5Food] The cashier wants to quickly enter and search guests by card ID/5Food membership card ID to save time and avoid mistake (currently on the program Customer box comes before Customer number box)
              Details of change:
               In R44 version, exchange the position of Guest and Card ID field on Check out window, which helps the cashier quickly enter and search guest by Card/Membership ID on 5Food.


              7. [Germany] Department of Finance does not allow the restaurant owner to delete Access logs so that they can check transactions again at any time
              Details of change: In Germany, Department of Finance checks operation of a restaurant via access logs. The restaurant must not delete Access logs because Department of Finance will check transactions on the program at any time. In R44 version, for German restaurants, when proceeding with Access logs the program will pop up Cannot delete window.

              For restaurants in other countries, they can proceed with Delete data feature normally.

              Details of change: In some restaurants, when the guest dines in they want to order extra serving like noodle with 2 servings of beef. In R44 version, the cashier can enter the number of modifers (this feature only applies to priced modifiers).
              Instruction steps:
              • When adding Modifiers for item, enter ordered quantity.
              For example order 1 Seadfood noodle, 2 more servings of shrimp.

              Note: Only can enter the quantity of modifier when the quantity of ordered item is 1 and only apply to priced modifiers.
              • If the guest orders 2 bowls of seafood noodle, each adds 2 servings of shrimp, first add 2 servings of shrimp for 1 bowl and then increase the number of items to 2.


              2. On quick serve tab, the waitstaff wants to quickly see which item is served on which table without clicking on each item
              Details of change: In some café/milk tea shop/ restaurants, when the bar finishes processing any item, the staff will check which item will be served on which table. When using CUKCUK on tablet, the staff gets difficulty in searching items by row to serve. In R44 version, to satisfy this requirement the app changes interface of Serve window, which allows the staff to serve item by each table.
              • Add Serve tab, helping the staff quickly search table to confirm having served the guest.
              On tablet

              On phone

              • Click the table to serve.


              3. After printing Check, the Manager wants that the cashier cannot delete order so that he/she can easily control orders and limit fraudulence (Only can delete order before printing Check)
              Details of change: In R44 version, to manage orders easiy and limit fraudulence the manager can set Do not allow cashier to delete order after printing Check.
              Instruction steps:
              • On Management page, on System settings/General settings/Purchase/Sale, set Require Manager to confirm result from checking items, checking out when Decrease item.

              • When the cashier wants to delete order, it requires the manager's confirmation.

              Details of change: In R44 version, on CUKCUK For Manager app, the manager can track the amount exchanged by point upon making payment on Pay-in in day report.


              5. [5Food] The cashier wants to quickly enter and search guests by card ID/5Food membership card ID to save time and avoid mistake (currently on the program Customer box comes before Customer number box)
              Details of change: In R44 version, exchange the position of Guest and Card ID field on Check out window, which helps the cashier quickly enter and search guest by Card/Membership ID on 5Food.
