R46

I. Cloud

1. When the customer forgets password and proceed with Forgot password feature, the customer wants the program to display the email address receiving new password so that he/she can log in such email and reset password without contacting MISA for support
2. The cashier/manager wants to easily find order on the program to compare with the order ticket if there is any problem
3. The manager wants to add guests who do not use 5Food Mobile to 5Food Membership
II. PC - Sale
1. On the bill, the cashier wants to display name of the promotion program right on promotion by item/bill part not in the bottom of the bill to save paper and to be easier to follow up
2. The cashier/manager wants to easily find order on the program to compare with the order ticket if there is any problem
3. After checking gift code, if there is any wrong code the cashier wants to check it again and edit it right on gift code box (not delete all like now)
4. The cashier wants to change Check out window interface in order to facilitate the use of 5Food features
5. [5Food] When the guest registers 5Food without phone number and gives 5Food membership ID to the cashier, the cashier wants to enter the guest's phone number to update list of guests on CUKCUK

6. [5Food] When checking out for the first time for 5Food member, the cashier wants to award card to the guest in order to save time for the Manager

I. Cloud

 

1. When the customer forgets password and proceed with Forgot password feature, the customer wants the program to display the email address receiving new password so that he/she can log in such email and reset password without contacting MISA for support
Details of change: In R46, when proceeding with Forgot password feature, the program will display email address so that the user can know which email will receive new password.


2. The cashier/manager wants to easily find order on the program to compare with the order ticket if there is any problem
Details of change: Some restaurants manage orders by ticket. Each staff will be given an order book to take order. The manager will check number of orders on book to calculate bonus for staff. Currently, thep program does not allow to edit order number, so the manager finds it difficult to control staff's order number. 
To satisfy this requirement, in R46 the manager can tract actual order number of the staff on List of bills on Note column.
Instruction steps: 
  • When the staff takes order, enter his/her order number in order information part.

  • After checking out and getting payment, this order number will be loaded to List of bills on Note column. The manager can filter by order number.


3. The manager wants to add guests who do not use 5Food Mobile to 5Food Membership
Details of change:
 In the restaurants there are some old people who do not know much about technology and do not wish to use 5Food Mobile. However, the manager still wants to manage guest information on 5Food. In R46, to satisfy this requirement when the manager adds new guest on CUKCUK, the program will automatically transfer this information to 5Food app.




II. PC - Sale
1. On the bill, the cashier wants to display name of the promotion program right on promotion by item/bill part not in the bottom of the bill to save paper and to be easier to follow up
Details of change: Some restaurants run multiple promotion programs (2 - 3 programs), so the printed bill is long and not beautiful. In R46, add new bill template, which minimizes promotion information so that the bill looks more beautiful.
  • A5 paper size

  • 80mm paper size

  • 80mm paper size

Note: The restaurants using 58mm and 80mm paper size should give a short name for the promotion program for the bill to look good (about 4-5 words)
2. The cashier/manager wants to easily find order on the program to compare with the order ticket if there is any problem
Details of change: Some restaurants manage orders by ticket. Each staff will be given an order book to take order. The manager will check number of orders on book to calculate bonus for staff. In R46 the manager can tract actual order number of the staff on note of the bill.
Instruction steps:
  • On Printer and template settings, click Edit.

  • Select Template settings on Printer and template settings for cashier.
  • Select Content tab check Display note on the bill.

  • Click OK.
  • Click Save.

  • When the staff takes order, enter his/her order number on the note. Then the guest bill will display information on order number.
3. After checking gift code, if there is any wrong code the cashier wants to check it again and edit it right on gift code box (not delete all like now)
Details of change: In R46, if the cashier enters wrong gift code, he/she can edit it instead of deleting all like now.



In R46, the program also removes characters 0 and O on the gift code so that the cashier will not be confused when entering gift code.
4. The cashier wants to change Check out window interface in order to facilitate the use of 5Food features
Details of change: In R46, for the restaurants which use 5Food and apply 5Food Membership, to facilitate the cashier the program change some terms related to guest. Here are the details:
  • On Check out window of PC/POS/Tablet:
    • Change "Member/VIP card" => "5Food Membership Card"
    • Change "Card ID" => "Membership ID"
    • Change "Guest" => "Member's name"

  • On Quickly add guest window:
    • Change "Quickly add guest" form => "Add member"
    • Change "Guest" => "Member"

  • On Apply point window:
    • Change "Guest" => "Member"


5. [5Food] When the guest registers 5Food without phone number and gives 5Food membership ID to the cashier, the cashier wants to enter the guest's phone number to update list of guests on CUKCUK
Details of change: For the guests registering 5Food via Facebook/Google and not connecting to their phone number, currently the cashier cannot add guest as a member because there is no phone number. In R46, the program allows the cashier to enter phone number to recognize guest information.
  • When adding the guest registering 5Food without phone number, the cashier can enter the guest's phone number on the program.


6. [5Food] When checking out for the first time for 5Food member, the cashier wants to award card to the guest in order to save time for the Manager
Details of change: In R46, in the event that the manager sets default card class for all guests, when the cashier adds guest information the program will automatically recognize and confirm guest as a member of the retaurant.
  • The manager sets a default card class on 5Food.

  • When the cashier enters membership ID and adds guest information, the program will automatically award card to the guest.




III. Mobile

 In R46, when proceeding with Forgot password feature, the program will display email address so that the user can know which email will receive new password.
